Most programmes are over 6 sessions with ongoing support in between. Your first session is on a no obligation basis so if you decide not go ahead there is no charge. A 6 session programme costs £595.

Alternatively I offer sessional work at £95 a time.

Think about all the things we’ve used to try and feel better: expensive holidays, pricey cars, big houses on big mortgages, spur-of-the-moment shopping sprees, extravagant meals, the list goes on and on. While they look good and shiny on the surface, they’re all an attempt to feel a certain way—to feel better about who we are and the life we’re living.

Yet people may be reluctant to invest in hypnotherapy & life coaching, perhaps because it’s an incredibly brave and courageous thing to do. It’s saying, ‘I’ve had enough of feeling this way.’ It’s proclaiming, ‘I’m determined to make a change that lasts.’ Being realistic, holidays are enjoyable and make us feel good but they only last 1 or 2 weeks a year. Deciding you wish to change habits or address deep seated issues can give us those same good feelings, but for life.
